Frankie Kemp, Vice President – Firm Operations

Frankie Kemp graduated from Clemson University in 1997. She worked in business to business sales until 2001. In 2001 Frankie began her Executive Search career and has since been instrumental in building two successful search firms. She not only enjoys Executive Search, but the challenge of running a small business.

Frankie serves on the Greer Memorial Medical Center Advisory Council and is a member of the Skyland Elementary PTA board. She is married to Jeff Kemp and they have two children that provide endless entertainment. In the event of a free moment, Frankie enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and trying new recipes.
