Jeff Kemp, President and Director
Jeff Kemp graduated from Clemson University in 1992 and immediately entered public accounting. His practice focus included audit, tax compliance, tax litigation support and business consulting. In 1993, Jeff passed the CPA exam. In 2000 after rising up to the Senior Manager level with his public firm, Jeff left public accounting and took the leap into the Executive Search realm. Jeff has over 10 years of experience in Executive Search where he had great success in identifying, recruiting and retaining top talent.

He has provided search assistance to Fortune 10 companies as well as small startups. Jeff has worked with clients throughout the Eastern United States and most of his clients are repeat customers. Jeff’s goal in creating The Kemp Group was to form a “down to earth” Accounting and Finance search firm based on honest interaction, professional conduct and hard work.
