Shiara Leon-Pfeiffer graduated in 2000 from Northwest University in Hermosillo, Mexico with an Accounting degree. After working in Public Accounting, Consulting & Audit for a Big 4 firm, she decided to get her MBA to broaden her knowledge.

Subsequent to that Shiara worked in various accounting, logistics & operations functions for manufacturing companies. She has an excellent knowledge of Cost Accounting and General Ledger. In her last role she gained general management experience as a Business Unit manager in an automotive manufacturing plant. Working for international companies all of her career has given Shiara the opportunity to interact with people from various cultures, backgrounds and functions which broadened her skill-set and expertise.

After marrying her husband Shiara moved to the US. She decided to match her experience and passion for Accounting with her strong interest in helping others. On a personal note: Shiara’s husband shares her passion for Accounting and serves as the CFO of a company in the oil & gas industry. Shiara is actively involved in her local church. She is expanding her language skills by learning German.
