The Kemp Group is currently working with a manufacturing client to fill a Human Resources Supervisor position located in Cofield NC.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain policies for hiring practices, personnel issues and team member development.

Responsible for compliance with all state and federal labor laws.

Responsible for evaluation and coordination of training initiatives.

Administer sick leave, disability and FMLA.

Administer benefits and compensation.

Supervise payroll and corresponding corporate reporting.

Prepare communications and notices.

Develop and prepare HR metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.

At least 5 years of demonstrated generalist Human Resources experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

Supervisory experience required.

Strong knowledge of employment law.

Outstanding commuication skills required.
