The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Manager of Financial Analysis position located in York PA.

Responsibilities:

Manage Inventory Accounting and valuations.

Perform cost analysis.

Handle monthly manufacturing closings and consolidations.

Manage SOX Compliance and audit reviews.

Perform Manufacturing Operations Analysis.

Work with Division Controllers on process improvement.

Handle training of plant financial professionals.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

7+ years experience in manufacturing finance.

Experience in manufacturing analysis, cost accounting, corporate accounting and plant controllership.

CPA/CMA a plus.

SAP and Hyperion experience a plus.
