The Kemp Group is currently working with an established world-class client to fill a Tax Attorney position located in Omaha NE.

Responsibilities:

Perform long-trm tax planning.

Handle research and memorialize planning ideas.

Review, propose and draft tax language in contracts.

Provide tax analysis for proposed mergers, acquisitionsand reorganizations.

Provide analysis of international tax advantages/consequences of a variety of transactions.

Handle disbutes with revenue authorities.

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate.

4-8 years experience in corporate tax.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of international travel as needed.
