The Kemp Group is currently working with a manufacturing client to fill an International Tax Director position located in Indianapolis IN.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead international tax compliance including technical review and oversight.

Succesfully file federal tax returns in accordance with due dates.

Complete the SOX processes with no material issues or weaknesses.

Oversee earnings and profits computations.

Manage the FTC generation and utilization.

Forecast US international tax return for estimated tax payments.

Mentor and develop staff.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA and MST or JD.

8+ years experience.

Knowledge of and experience with FAS109, FIN48 and APB23.
