The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Director of Reporting and Analysis position located near York PA.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all statutory reporting, tax reporting, budgeting and strategic planning.

Frequently interact with external auditors and tax advisors.

Coordinate all reporting activity with parent company.

Ensure compliance with SOX.

Assist in the evaluation of potential acquisition targets.

participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA/MBA preferred.

5-10 years of financial rpeorting and analysis experience.

2-3 years of experience with JD Edwards is required.
