The Kemp Group is currently working with an established cient to fill a Senior Tax Accountant position located in Norfolk VA.

Responsibilities:

Assist with income tax compliance.

Compile information for annual income/franchise tax returns.

Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments.

Assist in preparing the consolidated tax provision.

Respond to inquiries for tax authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA a plus.

3+ years big four experience.

4+ years experience in public accounting or private industry in tax.

Consolidated and multi-state return experience is a plus.
