The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Financial Analyst position located in Florence KY.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records and partipate in month-end close.

Play a key role in financial reporting.

Perform operational variance analysis and Budget to Actual variance analysis.

Account analysis and reconciliation.

Prepare various monthly reports and KPIS.

Set manufacturing cost standards.

Assist with annual financial plan.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

2-5 years in manufacturing accounting with experience in standard costing.

CPA/MBA a plus.
