The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Print Supervisor position located near Spartanburg SC.

Responsibilities:

Organize and set up daily work flow.

Oversee production of customer orders on Xerox and OCE digital printing equipment.

Supervise 15-20 employees including training, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and problem resolution.

Manage product QA.

Maintain morale and harmony on team.

Coach, mentor and train employees.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

1-2 years experience in a production environment.

Familair with digital printing concepts.

Xerox or OCE printer operation aplus. (Xerox igen3)
