The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Customer Service/Business Manager (For a Single Large Customer). Position is based near Spartanburg SC.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships with a large business customer.
Serve as a liason between large customer, outside vendors and internal departments to satisfy customer while ensuring
Achieve key targets related to service delivery, new revenue generation, profitability of account and customer satisfaction.
Conduct ongoing account planning to ensure all opportunities and challenges of accounts are understood, solutions are identified and the account is being developed in a strategic and succesful manner.
Manage ongoing projects asw well as support new project implemenation.
Supervise one direct report.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business.
5+ years experience. Ideal candidate will have a base in operations/supply chain/logistics along with additional experience in customer service/large or key account management and some experience in business development.
MBA is a plus.
Must have understanding of P&L and general knowledge of financial analysis/reports/operations and MIS.
