The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Manufacturing Engineer position located in Eufaula AL.

Responsibilities:

Support continous improvement and manufacturing projects.

Instruction, development and implementation of lean principles, practices and projects.

Lead facilitate and execute projects using lean manufacturing principles.

Work with product line managers to facilitate setting prorities, setting goals, designing objectives.

train. coash and challenge process owners to be more efficient using lean principles.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

3-5 years of hands-on Lean Manufacturing Engineering.

Knowledge of JIT, Poka Yoke, Kanbans, Cell Layout, flow optimization required.

Experience in leading lean conversion from mass production, batch and que, departmentalized environment to continous flow structure.
