The Kemp Group is currently working with a client to fill a Staff Accountant position located in Roanoke VA.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all day to day accounting functions including AR, AP, PR and month-end close.

Oversee budgeting and forecasting.

Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Manage financial reporting and financial close.

Manage accounting staff.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.

2-3 years experience as a staff accountant.

CPA/MBA a plus.

Strong software experience is required.
