The Kemp Group is currently working with an established manufacturing client to fill a Manufacturing Engineer position located in Middleton TN.

Responsibilities:

Support continous improvement and manufacturing projects.

Instruction, development and implementation of lean principles, practices and projects.

Lead facilitate and execute projects using lean manufacturing principles.

Work with product line managers to facilitate setting prorities, setting goals, designing objectives.

train. coash and challenge process owners to be more efficient using lean principles.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

3-5 years of hands-on Lean Manufacturing Engineering.
