The Kemp Group is currently working with a client to fill an Accountant located in Asheville NC.

Responsibilities:

Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts

Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities

Accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, printing checks and posting journal entries

Cost accounting inventory control, inventory and analysis

Monitor and support taxation issues

Financial audit preparation and coordination of audit process

Analyze and advise on business operations

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

3-5 years experience – with specific experience in cost accounting and analysis

CPA/MBA preferred.

Experience with SAP Business One a plus
